3. Pricing
All prices are listed and quoted in Thai Baht (THB)/ Dollar (USD) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices and product information may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies.
4. Order Acceptance
Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including suspected fraud or violations of our policies.

We accept list of accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfer, QR payment. Full payment is required before orders are processed or dispatched.

We deliver frozen food products using insulated packaging and cold chain logistics to preserve product integrity.
• Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within designated zones in Thailand and as well overseas.

• Responsibility: Customers must ensure someone is present to receive the order. We are not liable for spoilage resulting from missed or delayed delivery due to customer unavailability.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size. Free shipping promotions will be announced on our website as applicable.

Returns & Refunds
8. Perishable Product Policy
Due to the perishable nature of frozen food, we do not accept returns. If your order is incorrect or arrives in poor condition, notify us within 24 hours with clear photos and videos, and we will review the case.
