In her role, she:

Manages recruitment and staffing, ensuring the company attracts and retains qualified professionals.

Oversees employee relations and fosters a positive, professional, and compliant workplace environment.

Implements HR policies and training programs, supporting both company growth and staff development.

Ensures compliance with labor laws and employment regulations in Thailand and international markets.

Supports management in building a strong organizational culture aligned with the company’s global vision.

Serves as Secretary of the Malaysian Chamber of Commerce Globalization Business (MCCGB) Thailand Chapter. In this role, she ensures that the chamber’s governance, compliance, and administrative functions are carried out with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Maintaining official records and documentation for MCCGB Thailand in line with organizational policies and regulations.

Coordinating communications between the executive committee, members, and external stakeholders.

Organizing and recording meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring proper follow-up on decisions made by the leadership.

Supporting governance compliance, ensuring the chamber operates in alignment with both Thai and international business standards.

Assisting leadership in administrative and strategic matters to strengthen MCCGB Thailand’s role in international trade and globalization.

Through her role, Sakuna plays a key part in ensuring the chamber’s operations are transparent, structured, and aligned with its mission of promoting cross-border cooperation and business growth.rm for international cooperation and globalization in business.
