1. Customer will send a LOI -Letter of Intent to our company via email to: admin@whc-global.com.
2. We will provide our company official quotation or FCO - Full Corporate Offer to Customers. We will send the quotation or FCO to customer via email for verification and confirmation.
3. Customer need to prepared a Purchase Order after Signed and Seal the Quotation or the FCO to confirmed the order.
4. We will provide a Proforma Invoice to customer to make deposit payment.
5. Customer may choose payments method by International Transaction via (TT, Payment Gateway or QR code.
6. After products successfully delivered we will provide a delivery order to customer with final invoice to make balance payment by customer.
Kindly be informed that we do not accept order cancellation therefore please make sure all the details are correct before order confirmation is being placed.
However, we do offer refund and return policy within the first 7days of your purchase, if 7days have passed since your purchase you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Returns:
Eligibility: We accept returns on our products within 24hours of receiving the products.
Condition: to be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.
Proof of purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for all return requests.
Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Refunds:
Refund method: refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing time: please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received.
Partial refunds: We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
Exclusions: Refunds are not applicable for perishable items that have been opened or used, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
