Mr. William Chan W.H. is the Founder and Chairman of WHC Global Resources Co., Ltd., a Thailand-based company specializing in food consultancy, sourcing, and international trade. With over a decade of leadership experience, he has transformed WHC from a local sourcing firm in Hat Yai into an internationally trusted business partner recognized for its professionalism, reliability, and compliance.

Under his leadership, WHC has become a key player in the global food supply chain, with a strong focus on frozen poultry product especially on chicken parts—exported to major markets in global. Beyond poultry, he has successfully expanded the company’s trade portfolio into commodities such as sugar, rice, and other agri-food products, establishing partnerships across China, Vietnam, Philipines, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Mr. William Chan is widely respected for his ability to navigate the complexities of international trade. He works closely with regulatory bodies such as GACC, SGS, CCIC, and Thailand’s DLD and MOPH to ensure every transaction and shipment meets the highest standards of safety, legality, and transparency. His commitment to integrity and excellence has earned WHC nominations for the Globalization Excellence Award and the Excellence Food Export Award 2025.

In addition to his role at WHC, Mr. William Chan serves as President of MCCGB Thailand (Malaysian Chamber of Commerce Globalisation Business – Thailand Chapter) and actively contributes to regional cooperation under the RCEP framework. Through these positions, he plays a central role in connecting Thai enterprises with international opportunities, fostering cross-border investment, and strengthening trade partnerships across the Asean RCEP.
