Sourcing and Procurement Consultancy Policy
1. Scope of Services
WHC Global provides:
• Global product sourcing and Procurement
• Supplier verification and factory inspection
• Negotiation and coordination
• Export and logistics consultation
• Trade and payment facilitation

2. Engagement Process
1. Customer submits inquiry
2. WHC Global provides quotation and procedures
3. Customer confirms and accepts terms
4. WHC issues Proforma Invoice (PI)
5. Work begins upon payment received
3. Consultancy & Sourcing Fees Policy
• All consultancy and sourcing fees are strictly non-refundable
• Fees cover business trips, supplier engagement, inspections, and operational costs
• WHC Global will only commence work after payment is received
4. Product Confirmation & Acceptance
Once the Customer confirms:
• Quotation/ Price
• Product specifications, Packaging and lead time
"The Customer is deemed to have fully accepted all product details."
WHC Global shall not be responsible for:
• Change of decision by customer
• Dissatisfaction after confirmation
• Claims regarding specifications after approval
Such claims shall not constitute grounds for refund or dispute
5. Payment Policy
• All payments must be made in advance via bank Telegraphic Transfer (MT-103), QR Scan, Payment Link (Thailand Platform), Credit/ Debit Cards, Wise (Thailand Platform). We not accept LC/SBLC payment terms.
• WHC Global will only proceed after payment received.
• All our Thailand manufacturer, producers and suppliers require upfront or cash payment only.
6. Refund Policy
• Consultancy and sourcing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Refunds apply only to deposit or advance payments for goods, subject to review
To request a refund:
• Submit full details and supporting documents
• Email: admin@whc-global.com
"WHC Global will review each case and reserves full discretion to approve or reject the request."
Refund requests based on:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction
• Misunderstanding
Notes: will not be accepted
Approved refund requests will be processed, and payment will be made within thirty (15-20) working days from the date of approval.
7. Chargeback Protection
All payments are considered authorized and final.
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without prior written communication.
In case of unjustified chargeback, WHC Global reserves the right to:
• Suspend services immediately
• Terminate cooperation
• Submit evidence to banks and authorities
• Claim damages and impose penalty up to 15%
8. Limitation of Liability
WHC Global shall not be liable for:
• Government regulations or enforcement
• Customs restrictions
• Logistics delays or port congestion
• Events beyond control
9. Penalty Clause
If the Customer breaches agreement, WHC Global may:
• Claim full financial losses
• Impose penalty up to 10–15% of transaction value
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
• Disputes shall first be resolved amicably
• If unresolved, arbitration under Thailand law
• Arbitration decision is final and binding
11. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment or engaging WHC Global, the Customer confirms full acceptance of all terms stated herein.
“ALL CONSULTANCY AND SOURCING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.”
"All WHC Global business policies stated herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Thai Civil and Commercial Code and the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544."
