WHC Global Resources Co., Ltd. was established Since 2019 in South of Thailand, more than a decade ago as a food consultancy and sourcing company. Over the years, it has grown into an internationally recognized trading enterprise specializing in frozen poultry, agricultural commodities, and procurement solutions for global partners. WHC plays an active role in the Malaysian Chamber of Commerce Globalisation Business (MCCGB), with its Chairman, Mr. William Chan, serving as President of MCCGB Thailand and as a committee member at MCCGB Headquarters. Through MCCGB, WHC contributes to cross-border trade development under the RCEP framework, connecting Thailand, Malaysia, China, and other Asia-Pacific markets, and positioning itself as a pioneer in globalization and trade facilitation.

To strengthen its operations, WHC has established key partnerships. With Magnus Trading Co., Ltd., WHC has developed a strategic alliance that combines resources, networks, and investment. Magnus Trading’s CEO and investor, Mr. Brian Fok, also serves on WHC’s board of directors, reinforcing the long-term collaboration between the two companies. WHC also maintains a partnership with Unikleen, represented by Mr. Steven Ang as an investor-director and Mr. William Chan as a director from Unikleen. This cooperation provides WHC with additional financial stability, strategic support, and credibility in the international marketplace.

As part of its global presence, WHC owns a partnership with Suzhou Zhongpeng Heai Trading Co., Ltd. in China, which is overseen by Ms. Liu Fang, a WHC board director and shareholder.
